Solar Reflective Roller Blinds

Solar Reflective coating is typically an aluminium element which is bonded to the back of the fabric. This, often shiny, surface reflects more of the light back out, taking with it some additional heat and damaging UV rays. This solar control was initially developed on conservatory roof blinds, however now can be found on some Roller Blind Fabrics.

Use of a fabric with a Solar Reflective backing helps improve the energy efficiency of your home too. 

Solar Reflective Coating is ideal for south facing windows and conservatories where heat control is important.

It also assists in keeping the heat in on cold days and has excellent anti glare properties.
