Salary
£32,499 per annum + Circa 20% bonus
On completion of probation period
Position Requirements
- Dealing with a high-end range of blinds, shutters, and curtains.
- Managing a team of 5 to 8, including office, fitting, and surveying teams.
- Overseeing inbound & outbound activities, returns, complaints handling, reporting, and quality checking.
- Coaching & developing the team, setting KPIs, and driving improvement.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
- Assessing and managing service escalations.
What We're Looking For
- Customer service experience, managing a team.
- Experience within the blinds, shutters, and curtains sector is advantageous.
- Experience with Driving quality TrustPilot and Google reviews.
- Confident in dealing with customers over the phone.
- Commercially minded.
- Excellent presentation skills & time management.
- Resilient & hardworking personality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with multi-tasking abilities.
- Robust, positive outlook and team player.
- IT literate.
