The sales process was clear and advice was provided throughout before making the order.
One thing in hindsight, and maybe something that can be advised on future measuring of new shutters, would be to take into consideration adding an additional shutter slat where there is enough height in the window. Our ground floor window had enough height for one more shutter slat which would have given us a little more daylight coming through when tilted open, as the top/bottom of the shutter frame is fixed, this should be considered when measuring up. This would not have been possible in the upper floor windows as the frame was already at max height of the window, but the ground floor does have additional space to go one more slat. This is not a major issue and we are still happy, it is only a comment to consider when measuring up in the future.
When ordered we were advised of 8-12 weeks delivery but hinted it would probably be quicker. It wasn’t quicker and although we did get some communication advising a delay, we had to call to chase on a few occasions and were starting to get worried as the dates changed.
These are great quality, look really good, and fitted exactly as planned. We have been advised they come with a lengthy warranty guarantee in the event of something happening to them in the future and would definitely recommend"
